3. Detection Accuracy Disclaimer
Important: Stop Stalker utilizes the hardware sensors of your iOS device (magnetometer, camera, Wi-Fi radio) to detect potential surveillance threats.
While we strive for high accuracy, detection results can be influenced by environmental factors, interference, and hardware limitations. The App is provided for informational and personal safety purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional counter-surveillance services or law enforcement sweeps. We do not guarantee the detection of all hidden devices.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stop Stalker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
5. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
